Previous endometriosis with odd symptoms and not sure who to call... Gastro or Gyno (August 2020)

It's been awhile since I posted in here and I'm hoping someone can help me. In 2013, I had a complete hysterectomy after multiple surgeries from endometriosis/PCOS. Last night, I had to go to the emergency room with severe abdominal pain, nausea, vaginal pain, and vomiting. The doctor diagnosed me with colitis (I swear they blame everything on the stomach) and told me to follow up with a gastroenterologist.

Today, I have large and very noticeable things floating in my urine. I honestly don't know whether to call a gynocologist, a gasteroentrologist, or a young priest and a old priest. Has this happened to anyone else?

I would say a gyno specialist is who you want to visit. Things in urine just doesnt seem very gastro to me?

I would see both, 2 opinions are better than one, what comes out in your urine may be unrelated.

Stomach plays an important part in our overall health

You may find a lot of relief from getting a consult with a urogynecologist. They may be able to provide more info.

Follow up with both to cover your bases! I couldn’t make a bowel movement and had all these tests with the gastroenterologist. After being puzzled, a CT scan showed large pelvic masses and I learned I had endometriosis that was causing my gastro issues!
