Re: Leg numbness

Between our positioning during surgery and a bit of nerve damage from the nerves getting moved around, this can happen - and it can linger. Through the first week or two it's more common, though I've read posts from a few others where it lasted beyond then. This post on Leg numbness after hysterectomy from 01/2017 includes a reply from a Sister who shared how long hers lasted. I had some nerve damage between two of my abdominal incisions which also took several months to heal.

Having said that, run it by your doctor's office with a phone call or through the patient portal. You don't mention redness or swelling, but it would still be wise to see if they think it might be indicative of a blood clot.
