Itching, swelling in vaginal area, no sex drive

I am three and a half years post hysterectomy (total) taking Letrozole for breast cancer as well. Hysterectomy put me in immediate menopause. The last year I have suffered from terrible itching in vaginal area. I have tried vagisil, replens and nothing seems to help. I’ve even tried ice packs. I can’t take hormones due to previous breast cancer. Anyone else have this issue? Any suggestions?

I've heard some women say that the vitamin E capsules work as well as coconut oil capsules. I've also heard that some women that have had cancer use a little bit of vaginal estrogen with their DR's approval since not much of it goes systemic. I've had atrophy and it only got worse for me until I used vaginal estrogen unfortunately.

Hi-I am 55 and have been experiencing the burning, itching for about 6 months. Having trouble finding a provider that would listen to what I was saying. Another good resource of information I have found was GENNEV. I have a "menopause specialist" which is OB/GYN that looks at my entire health history and comes up with a menopause plan. I started with her this week and so far the things she has told me to do are working. It is a little pricey. They have a monthly fee or fee for 1 time virtual call with MD. I was just telling another lady I use yogurt. Both eating and when its really intense topically in the vaginal area. I know how crazy this sounds, but yogurt has pro-biotics which help with several vaginal issues.

Also, If you ever take Antibiotics this can cause a yeast infection and is highly known for causing them. Yogurt is great for yeast infections as well.
