could PCOS cause fluxes after surgery?

I'm 27(26 @ time of surgery) and had a DaVinchi surgery 3 months ago due to PCOS, cysts, endometriosis(although none was found) and a very sensitive uterus. My doctors don't want to remove my previously/maybe currently cystic ovaries for obvious reasons. But I'm having severe pain around my left ovary aswell as hip pain...that I'm suspecting is due to ovulation. On top of that my endocrinologist ran a battery of tests that came back "normal" except for slightly high testosterone..which probably explains my utter exhaustion doing barely anything, mood swings, weight gain and facial hair...although I'm just guessing because my Dr.hasn't gotten back to me...in a week...but I don't expect otherwise from a guy who told me my lady problems might be "O.O.T.T....one of those things"..needless to say I've made an appointment with a different endo in my sometimes frustratingly limited network (sorry...venting). I see my OB/GYN/surgeon tomorrow and hope to get some more answers. But any advice would be amazingly helpful. I really thought I'd be doin better by now...did I expect too much too soon?

My understanding is that hyst does not cure PCOS. Are you on any estrogen therapy?

It was hopefully going to calm the pain associated with it. And it did remove the pain associated with my uterus..and for the first 2 months I was pain free. But the familiar pain on my left ovary has sadly returned and I'm just so disappointed.
