Horrible Breast pain 3 years after Hysterectomy (2011)

I removed all except cervix in May 2014.
2015 had the most breast tenderness occasions..2016 around 3 occasions.
Now having another sighhh..
Reminds me of PMS before hyst.

When will all this end??

Im not on HRT.

Whats the cause of breast tenderness?
Is it due to too much estrogen or too little?
Or estrogen dominance? Lacking in progesterone?

My estrogen level was 37 about 3 months ago.

What was your outcome? I am having pain too left breast more than right. I am 2 years post hysterectomy everything removed except my ovaries. Initially it was off and on.

Thank you everyone for you post and insight. I am just starting to experience the breast tenderness and soreness of the nipples. It have been going on for the last two months.
I thought after having the surgery in 2018 that I will not be experiencing any type of premenopaus symptoms. Now with knowing their are women out here like me and are experiencing these type of symptoms it makes me feel better know i am not alone.
So I will deal with the soreness for another month and if it don't improve then I will make a appointment with my Obgyn.

I hope you feel better, Thank you for sharing, I am 4 years post da Vinci and still have my ovaries. I have been having pain in my ovaries for the last 2 years and my breasts for the last 2 weeks. My breasts feel like they did when I was pregnant, nipple sensitivity and sore. I am letting my doctor know about this new symptom. My doctor has been running scans and ultrasounds and I have cysts they are changing which I am concerned about.
