Cramping feeling????? Kind of long sorry

I have to start by saying what a wonderful site this is. I have made a couple of posts but mostly I have been lurking and collecting information on my journey of deciding to have a hyster or not. I was diganosed with a fibroid and now have been having some new symptons and was just curious if anyone else has had the same. I do have a call into the doctor and am waiting on a call back. I have been having alot of cramping even if i'm not bleeding been using motrin when it gets bad. i have noticed that this month i have been having alot of pain where my ovaries are usually this is more localized when i ovoulate more on my rt side but this month it has been both sides and will not go away. I cannot say that it a constant pain but quite frequent twinges throughout the day. Can the fibroid cause this kind of pain? I am scheduled for another u/s in december to check up on the fibroid. I have also found out that my mom and all but ont one of her sisters have had a hyster. for fibroids and also her mother and aunt. Thanks in advance for all your input.
