Testing Estradiol and other hormone levels? (Still have uterus and ovaries)

What area should we typically aim for with estradiol replacement? I've had a blood test but the lab ranges are for healthy women with working ovaries and monthly cycles, or older women who are naturally menopausal. My estradiol was in the 700s and I'm on patches if that matters. I'm only in my 30s.

I also have zero DHEAS and zero testosterone, as I neither have working ovaries nor adrenal glands (I have adrenal insufficiency/Addisons, not to be confused with adrenal fatigue...). Doctors here don't prescribe T so I've been taking DHEA. It's increased my levels into the bottom of normal range but I still feel very ill. I take it every other day because I felt my hair falling out by the handfull and I got zits when I took dhea every day. I'm concerned it was converting to dht? Is there a way to test this?
