What's COOL? Pillows/Sheet sets

? Hystersisters? What sleeping products have you found that keep you Cool, regulate temperature, wick sweat away?? Looking for reviews on products you own & like!
I've always suffered from excessive sweating, BUT since my LAVH Jan 20th Every nights sleep has awakened me to get out of bed and change my wet pillow cases! It's Very frustrating & creating a heat rash! Any feedback is greatly appreciated sisters!
