Chili-Cheese Cornbread

Chili-Cheese Cornbread
1 cup yellow cornmeal
2/3 cup all-purpose flour
2 teaspoons baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
3/4 cup sour cream
2 eggs
1/4 cup Crisco oil
1 and 1/2 cups cheddar cheese (shredded)
1 can (8 and 3/4 ounces) whole kernal corn (drain and puree)
1 can (4 ounces) chopped green chilies (drain and puree)
Heat oven to 400 degrees.
Grease 9 inch square pan.
Stir together first four ingredients in small bowl. Set aside.
Combine remaining six ingredients in medium bowl, then fold in the dry ingredients (from the small bowl.)
Pour into pan.
Bake for 30 minutes.
