Seeking support

Hello im 3 wks post op and smoke free since 10/19/17 in the pm prior to surgery..... (stressed and caved to 1 cig in this time -though have smoked 1/2pk or more. A day for 24 yrs so i was a little upset with my self but continued on ) i seem to have more natural energy. Now the hard confusing part my husband is a smoker and habit is when he goes on the porch so do i ...the weird part is i dont want or crave a cig during this time just randomly throughout the day .... :hmm i think may have picked a bad time for stopping ....

I'm only seeing this post now. I'm sorry no one replied to you. How are you doing? Are you still having a difficult time quitting? Even if you do break down and have a cigarette, don't think of yourself as a failure, think of it as a step backwards. Quitting was the best thing I ever did for myself.

It's never too late to quit. You can do this.
