BMC cocktail

My mother-in-law made this cocktail up for me after I had surgery to keep thing moving. I actually enjoyed it and it worked too!
4 (1 1/2 oz.) boxes All Bran
16 oz apple juice
16 oz. Prune juice
14 oz. Cooked Prunes
4 (3 oz.) container of orange or lemon sherbet
1 Tbsp. Orange or lemon juice

Mix all ingredients together in a blender and refrigerate. Use as needed, 4 ounces at a time.
