TAH: Upcoming 6/18 hysterectomy: Fibroids , previous myomectomy (can Lupron or IV iron infusion cause fatty liver)

Im new here and this is my first post. I had a myomectomy 19 years ago to remove a couple of fibroids and then had 2 c-sections and a polypectomy D&C about 10 years ago. Had Hyperplasia found before the D&C .But the biopsy with d&C came negative. After that my fibroids have been growing and past 2 years have been terrible. My haemoglobin for the past 5 to 6 years has been around 6 to 7 . COnstant dizziness and other issues.Went for UFE consultation and there are more than 15 fibroids and said i may not be a good candidate. I had 2 iron infusions in march and 3 lupron shots starting every month from march.Im scheduled for next week. But in preop tests they found very high liver enzymes and fatty liver.Also Im still bleeding 3 months after Lupron shots, though my periods are light and also there is light bleeding sonsistently everyday for the past 3 months since I started the shots.so my dtr did biosy yesterdy as she was concerned. So my question is has anyone had this with lupron. Also my iron is redcing a lot due to bleeding.Has anyone had surgery with low iron. Can Lupron or IV iron infusion cause fatty liver . Please Advise.

Below at my questions

1. I've decided to keep my ovaries as I've not had any abnormal ultrasounds or any issues in he past withbovaries. O my a day of ovulation pain once every 2 or 3 months. Any advice here.
2. Dtr said I'm in very high risk category possibility of bowel injury due to heavy scar tissue from previous myomectomy and c sections. Any one with experience.
3. I've been having urine leakage for the past 1 year. Dry says it may be due to fibroids. My uterus is abt 4 to months prev size. Will my leakage stop after hysterectomy.
4. Could my fatty liver be caused by lupron and iron infusions. Will it go away after surgery.

Please advice as I'm very anxious closer to surgery.
