Second thoughts...

Today I got THE phone call, I have a surgery date for my partial hysterectomy.
And I am terrified I am going to regret it.
I am only 28 aND although I have had two wonderful amazing kids, I am so scared I am going to regret not having more.
My pregnancies are high risk, I almost lost both girls and I suffer from sever depression which means my PPD was out of control bad. But I always wanted a big family and I really do enjoy being pregnant despite the complications.
My surgery is in two weeks and all I want to do is run as far away as possible.
Help!! Am I the only one to have gone through these doubts and second thoughts? How do I handle them?
