Myself pelvic exerciser-anyone every try it?

All it takes is five minutes to do the exercises. It stops automatically when your exercise is finished. You cannot use it standing up or moving around. You need to get in a comfortable position - it tells you in the instructions. I sit up in bed with my knees bent. You need to look at the small screen which will tell you when to flex and when to relax. It also counts down for you. You really can't be doing anything else while you are doing the exercises as you need to concentrate. The stronger you contract your muscles, the more lines appear on the screen. I have only been getting one line and I thought I was contracting my muscles quite hard. You have to be careful not to move anything but your pelvic muscles as it might not register correctly. Five minutes is a short time - you can do them before you turn the lights off at night or when you wake up in the morning. It is completely silent so no one will hear you. I've only had the unit less than a week so it's still too soon to see if it works, but I guess it's like any exercise - it takes a few week before you see results. I will post again when I start noticing improvement.
