Thumbs up - The Passion Of THe Christ... have seen it twice!

Hi Ladies, I was reading through the post and wanted to say that I've now seen the movie twice. The 2nd time I went with our youth group as a chaperone. I can honestly say it was just as impacting the 2nd time. I cried like a baby then too. I cant remember who posted they yelled no, I understand your feelings. When Christ was enduring the scurging I wanted to scream "STOP IT"S ENOUGH". I was so overwhelmed...My fear in this CRAZY world we live in is that we get back to our daily routines and we will forget. I pray that it will forever be etched in my memory. Our Lord is so AWESOME! An ordinary person couldnt have taken a 10th of what he was put through. But it was God the Fathers plan and arent we glad? I will purchase it when it comes out on DVD. It will be something I will always treasure! Its not a movie I would want to watch over and over again, and it is definitely not a popcorn and coke movie. I am truly THANKFUL!
For those that can't see it perhaps because of emotional or past painful histories, it is okay. It is not a pre requisite to being a Christian. Guess what, Christ loves us anyway! If you havent seen it I encourage it. Two of our youth were saved! Incredible things are happening everywhere! Have a blessed day ladies...

The Passion Of THe Christ...

I went and saw The Passion of the Christ with my DD and youngest DS yesterday and all I can say is, "Oh, my!"

I cried through most of it. I think it's the most traumatic, realistic, brutal, horrible thing I've ever seen. It was very well done, but I DON'T want to see it again! I just can't bear what they did to Him! And to think He did that for me! Oh my!
