What odd or quirky behavior do your pets have?

Sometimes pets can really entertain us with they're actions. Mine do some nutty things! I'd like to share a couple, might make you laugh, and would love to hear what your pets are doing!

I've got a 4 lb. female Yorkie named Mickey. She Loves finger and toe nail clipping. Thinks they're the best of treats. ( O.K. that one is the odd one!)

Also when she first gets up to walk across a room, the first 10 feet or so she walks on her front legs. Holding her hind legs completely off the foor. It looks soooo funny!

What odd or quirky behavior do your pets have?

Too funny about the front leg walking!

My Jack Russell Terrier "stirs" his dog food with his nose when I first pour it into the big bucket in the garage or in his food bowl. I'm not sure why and I'm really surprised he hasn't gotten a piece of food "lodged" in his nostril yet! ha ha!

What odd or quirky behavior do your pets have?

My cat Sara LOVES dill pickles. She licks and licks, all the while squinting her eyes due to the sour taste. She's so funny!

What odd or quirky behavior do your pets have?

That is to funny
I also have a female yorkie, and a male yorkie, the male loves the fingernail and toe nail clippings too--- I think it disgusting, he also talks(sounds like he is howling) when you are not giving him the attention he thinks he deserves.
My female thinks she is a princess, and just thinks the rest of the world is DUMB!

What odd or quirky behavior do your pets have?

My Jack russell terrier, Billy loves to examine his food too. He shuffles around in it, and then takes out 2 pieces in his mouth. He drops one piece on the floor by the door into the dining room, and eats one piece, then the other, all the time watching what we're up to. Then he goes back to his dish and does the same.
It's as though he's checking we're not pigging out on any goodies while he's in the kitchen eating his boring old doggie nosh, or sneaking out the door without him.

What odd or quirky behavior do your pets have?

we've got two cats, neither of whom will eat food out a bowl. they'd scoop it out, throw it on the floor and then eat. finally we gave up on the mess (and stepping on kibble!) and got them each a mat that has a rim. now we just pour the food directly on the mat and they couldn't be happier!

What odd or quirky behavior do your pets have?

My Black Lab is a compulsive foot washer. He's always sticking is front foot in his water dish to rinse it off. (bleah!)
Guess I should be thankful that he always washes his feet before he comes inside!

Our pup has many quirky traits, this one though, is his oddest.

Pet Quirks

I have a two year old White and Grey medium haired cat named Dax that likes the oddest foods. He enjoys Dry uncooked spaghetti, he likes mango and pineapple, and he enjoys licking my Boyfriends beard and mustache all the time. He'll lick the back of my BF head when he is sitting at the couch. He talks alot too. He won't drink water out of a dish but he will drink it out of a tap. These are the least of his quirks but they are the most predominant.
