I don't find the lyrics to be offensive, but rather she's describing the many conflicting facets of herself and her personality.

Of course, there's also Winnie the Pooh's song, something to the effect of "short, fat, and proud of that".
This is my theme song too!! I have many names and I am many people at different times. (This has nothing to do with the fact I am a Gemini!)
It's Amazing by Jem is another song that currently reflects my medical journey:

Re: Do you have a theme song??

This is a great thread!

OK so I have two songs... The first one is the one I would call MY life's theme song: "it's a Good Day" by FFH.
"However long our feet have walked on this earth
We've all lived long enough to know
That sometimes life will go our way
And other times it won't.
But still I've got this joy inside of me
And with each new dawn I do believe to
Say Hey it's a good day!!"

It's a wonderful song with a great message. I'm in a Contemporary Christian Praise band at my church and we performed this song at my wedding.

My 2nd song is what my DH calls "Our Life Anthem"!! It's a song that has come out of the blue so many times while we've been together and it's also appropriate because his family is from there: "Sweet Home Alabama" by Lynerd Skynerd. It's "his" ringtone on my phone and I surprised him with it as the recessional at our wedding!!

Cyn

I've decided
It's better to laugh about it
Than cry about it
(Just grab your "tummy" pillow first!)
