Do you have a theme song??

I think my theme song right now has to be "Who's That Lady?" by the Isley Brothers. Because I want to be thought of as Who's that lady..lovely lady.. beautiful lady..real find lady. I strive to be her like I know we all do.

Do you have a theme song??

What a lovely thread!

I have a string of songs ....... is that greedy???

When the chips are down it's Gloria Gaynor's "I will survive".

When they were REALLY REALLY down, I can't recall who sung it nor am sure if it's the title or just a line but it goes "things can only get better".

If I'm stuck for a bit of inspiration it's Led Zeppelin's "Stairway to heaven". (the words are goooooood!!!)

And when everything is fine, I catch myself singing "Zipp-a-dee-do-da, zipp-a-dee day, My oh mo what a wonderful day" .... can't remember the film it's from!!!

Do you have a theme song??

I just came across this thread and I love this question. Ever since they said that I had cancer...I've been humming the tune "I'm a Survivor" from Destiny Child. Seems fitting as that is how I am looking at this whole thing.

Take care

Do you have a theme song??

Before surgery, I would have said "King of Pain" (The Police), but I'm not sure yet.. Maybe Bonnie Raitt - "Let's Give 'em Something to Talk About" ..... heh heh heh!!!

Do you have a theme song??

Hello everyone.

This is my first post. When I saw the topic I couldn't resist, since I DJ for a living.

I heard this song and right away said out loud...THIS IS MY THEME SONG!!! Can you relate to this?

"Unwell" By: Matchbox 20

All day
Staring at the ceiling
Makin' friends with shadows on my wall
All night
Hearing voices telling me
that I should get some sleep
Because tomorrow might be good for something
Hold on
Feeling like I'm headed for a breakdown
and I don't know why

Well I'm not crazy
I'm just a little unwell
I know right now you can't tell
But stay a while and maybe then you'll see
A different side of me
I'm not crazy
I'm just a little impaired
I know, right now you don't care
But soon enough you're gonna think of me
And how I used to be

talking to myself in public
And dodging glances on the train
And I know
I know they've all been talkin' bout me
I can hear them whisper
And it makes me think that there must be something wrong with me
Out of all the hours thinkin
Somehow I've lost my mind

I've been talkin in my sleep
Pretty soon they'll come to get me
Yeah, they're takin' me away

Do you have a theme song??

Hi Sisters,

Mine is John Denver's Whalebones and Crosses. It's kind of obscure but if you are a Denver fan you will know of it.

"I can only imagine, when that day comes, when I find myself standing in the sun"

and there of course for all of us here is "we are the champions my friends!"

Bless you all,
He has risen,

Oh, I absolutely lOVE this song also. I told my husband and daughter that I wanted it played at my funeral. It is so beautiful!~Moonchime

Do you have a theme song??

Let it Rain by Amanda Marshall

I have given, I have given
and got none
Still I'm driven by something I can't explain
It's not a cross it is a choice
I cannot help but hear his voice

Let it rain
