walking with TVT

I won't see the doc doing my TVT before my surgery Monday, so........... maybe ya'll can give me an idea. Is there a limit to the amount of time you can spend walking right after having the TVT? I got to wondering if the tape could slip at all within those first few days before it's healed.

My Dr. didn't say anything about limiting walking, but I had a 5lb lifting restriction for 6 wks and a 10lb restriction for 12 weeks. I was encouraged to walk.

I had no restrictions either, except the lifting over ten pounds. I don't even notice the TVT thingy. (except when I cough and I don't pee my pants!)

Good! I was worried about not being able to walk to help relief any gas pains. Thanks gals!
