DO NOT overdo it on the "pooh" softener. There is such thing as too much of a good thing.

Ahhh the enema 2-pack. I was puzzled by this too, until *after* surgery, when I was so horribly constipated I was ready to affix a vaccuum cleaner to my nether regions and force the issue. Seriously, I think they sell them that way because most people only use them prior to abdominal surgery, then are suprised that the other one comes in *mighty* handy after!
