Bladder & back pain: Endo & adenomyosis?

Hello everyone I am new to this forum however in desperate need to some answers. I am 47 years old and I am suffering severe pelvic and back pain. I have had recurrent UTI’s which sometimes show no infection. My pain on bending is unbearable over the past month and my pelvic area feels like it’s on fire. After a recent trip to the gynaecologist they told me that I have small fibroids on my uterus, an enlarged uterus and some benign cysts. They also said that this would not be causing my pain. What they did suggest was an injection to stop the function of my ovaries and that if they pain stopped they would give me a hysterectomy as this would be proof that my pain was related to endometriosis and Adenomyosis. I had the ablation four years ago so I never bleed therefore do not know when I am in my cycle however she said that Endo and Adenomyosis can cause internal bleeds and that’s why she wants to give me the injection for a month. So sorry if this is long winded however can someone please share their similar experiences. Feel very reluctant to have this injection due to the scaremonger comments on google x Thankyou x
