Re: Do you have to remove your nail polish?

Ask your doc!! Mine told me to leave one fingernail bare...all the rest was fine. I had my mani/pedi before. I touched up the one finger as soon as I got home!

Re: Do you have to remove your nail polish?

My hospital told me no nail polish on the fingers but the toes were okay

Although some of this does not apply to me, they were certain to mention no jewelry including any piercings including tongue and any others that may be south of the ears. Anti bacterial soap from a pump dispenser in the shower, no moisturizers, body lotions, makeup or powders anywhere but antiperspirant is okay.

Re: Do you have to remove your nail polish?

I have acrylic gel nails with french tips. I called to double check before I go in tomorrow. My pedi is fine...I don't have to even take off the polish. With my fingernails, since I have the french tips I don't have to take off anything. Even if I had polish on the gel nails all they said they would have needed was the polish only off on the two index fingers. Pays to call and check it out!!
