Hey sisters I hope you have time to read this before you go for surgery-there is a lot of talk on these posts about post -op GAS pains etc.

The other week on "house call" (fox news) the doctor stated after surgery to get your bowel's working again that if you chew gum for an hour out of every three or three times the first day that it really helps to wake up your digestive system and helps getting things back to normal/A study they did.

I plan on taking gum with me to the hospital and wanted to pass the tip along.
