2 things that helped me

Before I left for the castle I downloaded a playlist of songs that I found soothing and relaxing.

Focusing on the music allowed me to relax and allow the painmeds to work.

My second tip is to get Fiber one Yogurt
I ate one a day for two weeks after i came home and I never got constipated. It is much easier to take than pills and powders. I also took a stool softener.
