TLH yesterday and I feel GREAT! Visualization really helped me

Hello lovelies!
I had my TLH yesterday, due to big and numerous fibroids. Average uterus is 90 mm (the size of a woman’s fist), mine was 500 mm! Also took one ovary due to a cyst.

They released me 2 hours after surgery and so far (it’s the morning after) I’ve taken nothing stronger than Advil. I feel better than I have in months/years.

I encourage you, pre-surgery, to do visualization, finding your center and imagining yourself in the place where you feel most calm and relaxed. Deeeep breaths. And imagine surgery going perfectly, and you recovering beautifully.

You’ve got this! And you’ll feel so much better.
