Confused and scared

am a mess i have had problems for years and my old (hint ) gyno had done a cysectomy on jan 26 06 and i have been getting worse and he didnt care so i went to a new dr on thursday 6/22/06 and were going over my symptoms and he sugessted a lah( laproscopy hyst. new here dont know codes)he said but let me get your surgery notes form january so when they got them he said that it was worse than he thought the opreration notes stated that my uterus was the size of a 10 wk prenant woman and that my uterus is connected to my bowels and my abdominal wall and that i have adhesive pelvic disease also my old doc told my husband i had a cyst on lt left ovary and he left it sounds like he left everthing wrong to me what are your thoughts? i hope that wasnt to much tmi i m really scared and nervous im only 25 and i just opened up a beauty shop and dont haveno one to run it and i cant afford to close down for 6 weeks but i cant stand the pain last menst. i ended up in emer room pain soooo bad i literally felt like everything was falling out and the doctor said proballya cyst i told him i just had one out he sent me home with vicodin got no better its time again and am tired of pain doubleing me over i go tommarrow for ultrasound and will tell him his nurse didnt even call me he wants it done now sorry for the lenghty message im really scared and nervous please hlp is it bad????? hyst?

I had the lap hysterectomy, I kept my ovaries. Come to find out once he got in there I had something called Andomyosis, its on the inside of your uterus and also had Pelvic congestive syndrome which is like varicose viens all inside your uterus both conditions cause extreme pain. Like you i was in the ER for two months before my surgery last week and they kept saying I had cyst or blaming endo. Anyhow the lap procedure is very good, not as hard to get over as some of the other more invasive ones. You have two small insisions on the right and left side near your hip bone and in your belly button. I have been really sore. I am doing well. Still having to take occasional pain pill. It sounds like your life has been seriously compromised by your gynecological issues, and that's a shame. I hope that, in partnership with your medical provider, you soon come up with a plan and can embark on a road to good health! You are so young, and have the best years of your life ahead of you. Although maintaining your business and career are important, your health has to take first priority, because if you are not able to perform at your best, that means nothing else in your life can reach its highest capacity, either.
