Tomorrow's the big day!!!

Hi All,

Well tomorrow is my big day and I don't mind telling you all I am terrified!!! My stomach is churning I am having all the usual thought's like what if I don't wake up etc.. To make matters worse I had a water infection last week so been on antibiotics so won't know for sure they will do the op until they have tasted my water so all these nerves could be for nothing!!
I will be glad when it's Wednesday!!

I hope it goes well for you and that Wednesday comes round really fast. I'm sure it's just nerves - although I know what you're going through but my op is not until 5 weeks time. Take care!

Hi Sparky, good luck for the op! I'm 10 days post op - the big pants are a godsend by the way ! :-)

They worked for Bridget Jones!!

I've started collecting a pile of DVDs for after my op....possibly bad mistake as other posts on this site say that it hurts to laugh! Bridget Jones is on my pile!!

Seriously, how big should big knickers be not to put pressure on the op area? Should I be looking to get a size bigger or a coupld of sizes bigger?

Hi I'd go one size up and get full pants mine are up to my naval lol ( very bridget meets Simon cowell! ;-)) they're so comfy. Lipsalve and peppermint tea is a must too! X
