Cbd?

Was curious if anyone uses cbd oil for coping with anxiety?..I seen a product in my local health store that contains cbd and primrose oil. Sometimes I will get anxiety out of the blue so I was curious if it works

Re: Cbd?

Although CBD has been touted as a treatment for anxiety, amd there is a possibliity that it could work, there haven't been enough well-designed clinical trials done that would support its use for that. Also keep in mind that CBD products sold in health food stores are largely unregulated, so there's no real guarantee that you're getting what's stated on the label, or that it would have a significant effect. If your anxiety only occurs occasionally, then I would suggest alternative measures to bring it under control; that includes regular exercise like a daily walk, avoidance of stimulants like caffeine and food dyes, minimization of screen time that can also have a stimulant effect, mind-body practices like yoga or meditation, deep breathing exercises, and regular consumption of omega 3 fats from fatty fish, walnuts, flaxseeds, and chia seeds. Best wishes for finding a treatment that will work for you!

Re: Cbd?

I use these things called Relax Bears, they are gummy bears with CBD in them and while it takes a couple hours to notice, they do seem to take the edge off my anxiety.

Cbd?

I’m looking into that. There are actually quite a few sites that analyze the quality of various CBD suppliers. A friend’s daughter was given cbd oil for anxiety (she’s a teen) and I am considering it for my daughter too. Fewer side effects than SSRIs on the you g brain. And no, I don’t mean good old THC/weed, I mean CBD oil. And I might try it for hot flashes and sleep. The stuff that my neurologist gave me seems to cause issues. Trazodone gave me massive congestion, I tried it a few times and I clearly get a stuffy nose from it which I don’t like. Pregabalin/lyrica makes me cough at night (w covid, not a good time to have random coughs) and I’m afraid I might stop breathing. My pulse was 51, from my normal 75.
