Is this still something good when you have a vaginal hysterectomy. I bought one thinking it would be, but then read more that appears to be for abdominal surgieries! Can anyone clarify?

I got a swelly band. i also had a TVH. It has been a little over a week, and haven't used it at all. Everyone is different, but for me it was an expense that wasn't needed.
