Chillow?

anyone using this? (or got one, but not using it?)

I'm still pre-op (I was an April shower, but have been turned into a May flower!)...and if asked, I would say I don't have night sweats. I used to have them several years back, (would wake up, drenched, have to change my nightshirt) but they've stopped (and no, I haven't finished menopause yet). But as DH pointed out recently, probably 4-5 nights out of 7, when I wake up in the middle of the night, I turn my pillow over, to get to the dry side. So although I don't feel like I'm having night sweats, I guess maybe I am, at least little ones.

wondering if the chillow would help. is it uncomfortable to sleep on? just how chilly is it?

Chillow?

I am using my chillow pillow. It is not that cold and you can make it colder by putting it in the refrigerator. I don't need to do that. I put it in the pillow case with my pillow and it feels like a normal pillow but just cooler. Sometimes I take it out of the pillow and lay on it with my back if I am too hot after getting up and doing things. I like mine. I hope this helps.
