1 1/2 years after hysterectomy & finally able to lose weight

Hi,

Had my hysterectomy 1 1/2 years ago and found the lbs piling on no matte what I did and I did PLENTY. 1200 cal/day, crossfit workouts, eat stop eat, garcinia cambogia, etc. I found Venus Factor and I've lost 9 lbs in 9 days. It's not expensive, it's not something you have to keep purchasing month after month and it works! Just a positive note on something that frustrated me for over a year and a half. I know thousands if not millions are going through the same struggles. I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND IT because it's tailored for women. You don't even have to do cardio, just lift heavy and eat light. Just my 2 cents. I'm not an endorser for this e-book and community, only a member who's been seeing RESULTS!

Blessings,
Jeanine

Re: 1 1/2 years after hysterectomy & finally able to lose weight

I was looking at Venus Factor and wondering if it really works. Sounds like it was a good start for you. I am wondering if it is still working for you and what all the "program" is. I would love to hear more about it and how it is working for you.
I have always struggled with my weight after I had my kids and am now 6 weeks post op and scared that the weight is on its way. I love to do yoga and can't wait to get back to it but am not a big gym and cardio girl. Sounds as if venus factor may be a good thing for me to try.
Congrats on the 9lbs that you already reported and congrats on anything else you have lost.
Thanks,
Auda
