Hi All

Been visiting the recovery thread but just now found this! Looking forward to getting back on the mat/reformer. Just 2 weeks post surgery. My trainer has background in post surgery physical therapy. Can't wait to see what's in store!

Re: Hi All

tulcyn, please keep me posted on your pilates experience...I have not returned to my pilates practice since my surgery due to fear of irritating a mild cyctocele. Thx!!!

Re: Hi All

I sure will. Been walking 1-2 miles a day and trying to lightly engage my core. But even breathing exercises makes me lightheaded. As impatient as I am I'm waiting until week 6 because I too am afraid of injury.

I hope you can get back into it. I started pilates on a groupon not knowing it would solve my bladder issues. I wish it could have helped everything but I'm so glad I discovered it before my surgery. Will let you know how first session back goes.
