cramps worsen after eating

Ok does anyone feel like their cramps or pains worsen after eating? Sometimes I think if I just don't eat then it can't get worse. I wasn't eating a whole lot as it is, because it felt uncomfortable, but then in the last few days my appetite has gotten better and now it seems like it feels even more painful.

Hi, I too get severe stomach cramps after eating had these for 18mth, was told it was IBS but I knew it wasn't my GP has told me now that because of my diet ( I barely eat during the day) that when I do my stomach and instestines swell so big that it squeezes all the other organs causing the fibroids cysts and growths so much that I end up doubled up on the floor in agony. What I do now is eat little and often about 4 times a day if I don't I'm in pain and I get a severe upset stomach as well which makes me shake. Hope this is a little helpful. xx

My pain gets worse after I eat because I've got endo and it's got my colon and my intestine attached to my uterus, so when food moves through my intestines it moves against my uterus causing me pain.
I don't have much of an appetite but I have to do what UKSam does, eat smaller meals more often rather than a large meal or I can't get up off the couch for several hours. Drink lots of fluids - water is best. It helps me alot.
