Urologist went well - Hysterectomy ONLY!

Hello Girls,

My apt today at 10:00 went well. The Urologist said that he is going to recommend holding off on surgery for my bladder being that it looks well and may be better when I have the Hysterectomy. IM SO GLAD!

My surgery is still set for July 14 with my pre-op on July 7th.

The Lupron kicked in yesterday with 3 hot flashes but they came and went lasting about 5 minutes which isn’t that bad.

This is all creeping up so fast!

GOOD LUCK TO ALL AND GODBLESS.

Melissa

Urologist went well - Hysterectomy ONLY!

Melissa,

Congrats on your good news from your urologist.

My bladder feels a lot better post op. It works better than it has in years. Your Dr. is probably right on that point.

I was on lupron shots also. (3) months. Went on it to shrink my fibroids enough for surgery.

The hot flashes are wild and after awhile, just an inconveniece. I just kept telling myself the shots and even the flashes were getting me one step closer to my surgery.

I am 9 weeks post and very pleased with my surgery results!!

Good Luck.
