2018 Post Ablation Tubal Sterilization Syndrome (PATSS)

Had an ablation and tubes tied at same time 6 years ago....Been goin through soo much pain over the last year..... pain in back, sides, during sex, bleeding after sex, bloating etc.... ignored it all till hubby said to go to doctor. Had a pap 2 weeks ago, came back high risk HPV.... had an ultrasound 3 days ago, dr beleives i have PATSS.. had colposcopy today due to HPV news, 3 biopsies taken.... jst ready for a hysterectomy to stop the pain.... doesnt even matter what biopsies say at this point lol.....*

Has anyone heard of other options for PATSS? Since its fairly rare, theres jst not a ton of info.... btw im 41 and feel crazy with all the news over the last 2 weeks!

So much has happened since i posted .... Specialist confirmed i have PATSS (post-ablation Steralization Syndrome) and they found
HSIL/CIN 3 cells on cervix.... had a leep 2 weeks ago almost to confirm CIN3 cells under surface so i was able to schedule my Hysterectomy! Finally ready to get this crap out so i can stop hurting and stop worrying about it turning cancerous .... My surgery is scheduled for April 25th!

I know this is from 2018. But there is so little information on this. I had a tubal 2013 and the ablation 2017. The pain started about 6 months later. I spent 2 years dealing with the pain every 3-4 months and multiple miss-diagnosis. This last time they were finally able to diagnosed me with PATSS and had my hysterectomy 9/24. Since it came in cycles I still fear it will come back. Wondering how you are doing now?
