Denise-girl you are doing great! The Alli is the only diet aid my gastointeroloigist would recommend. He worked on President Reagan and he is awesome as he treats me for my hiatal hernia and acid refulx. Also, taking the fiber will help your cholestrol. I just had blood work on 4-17-08 and my heart dr is furious as my mine was 219 and he wants it at 150. He said to increase my fish oil (enteric coated 1200 mg) to 3 tablets a day and add metamucil twice a day, and have more blood work in 6-8 weeks. So you go girl. Wear a light days-slide it back farther, it will catch the ,gas, but no more. It is so nice not having to buy tampons and pads anymore-light days i can handle. This is the 2nd uti I've ever had and the 1st one was from a catheter, this one must be from too much s-- I know- TMI all over the place. So sorry- had a glass of wine-will do it ever time. LOL. Love, D

Morning girls!
The dog woke me up at 5:30 to go out for her poop (she failed to poop yesterday because it rained, and my little spoied doggy will not stay outside and get wet- she does a quick pee and runs back to the door!)

Denise, glad to hear you are okay... and I am intrigued by that Alli stuff.

I am off to my big fat exam today, all day. I think I will do okay, but I know I will be worn out and weak later on... and it's my birthday so it REALLY SUX.

Normally, I take myself out and play on my birthday, but these aren't "normal" days, what with school wrapping up and post-surgucal issues.

I hope everyone has a nice Saturday- ((smooches)) TC

OOOOh Ms Redmalibu, indeed remember that you had major surgery done. And you need to let your body adjust. Indeed you need to allow time to pamper yourself to rest and repair. Your schedule does indeed sound very busy. I hope that you enjoy the activities and that they are not stressful for you. Tiring indeed. Please take "special" care of yourself, . Are you taking vitamins ? just curious...

It's Saturday and I am zapped! After the graduation ceremony last evening I watched the movie Sweeny Todd with my 18 yo daughter and her boyfriend. What a horrible movie, but I like Johnny Depp!! Then I couldn't go to sleep, so I read for awhile.....Up early, too early, breakfast with DH, grocery shopping, shopping with 18 yo this afternoon, high school play to see 16 yo daughter, then maybe to bed, only to get up tomorrow and begin again.....Yes I am taking vitamins and have been for several years.....Also take Vitamin E for the heart. I need a miracle vitamin to give me some added energy. All I want to do right this very minute is sleep.... but, too many things to do today.

For energy I take Please read our TOS for regarding links to commercial websites. in the morning with my coffee. Sometimes I take it in the afternoon if I am real drained. Its great to take before working out.
