How Big are your Scars??

I'm having a LSH done soon and even though my doctor showed me how big the scars will be with a eyeliner pencil ( about less then a 1/4 inch) but was wondering how big is your scar from the surgery? Thanks!

I had an LSH and the scars are about 3/4" after 3 months. I have one that is only 1/2" and the other 2 are 3/4". If your dr says about 1/4" then you should probably expect somewhere around that, but at max I'd say 3/4" to 1". Also they aren't really noticable to me. And one will be in your belly button so you won't really even see that one! Good Luck!

I have one on each side (lower) and the left is about 1/2 inch, the right about 1 1/2 inch (she had to make it bigger for some reason that i can't remember, maybe because fibroid was larger than planned?)

I also have one in my belly button I didn't even know about. When I saw her for the two week follow up she cut out the stitch in it. I had no idea. LOL.

Thats Cool! I Hope mine are at least 1/4-1/2 inch. My abs are my best part and scared they will look horrible afterwards. My cousin had the same procedure and same doctor and she did say they were as big as her index finger(so around 1/4 inch) and you cant even see the belly button one. But I had to see what others said to make me feel even better. Just nervous and scared. Thanks Ladies!!
