7 days away

So my surgery is in 1week .. I am so nervous I've been trying to keep busy but this feeling of total fear keeps invading my thoughts I know I'm not alone in this which helps alot I am so grateful for my sisters I am scheduled for a medical clearance appointment tomorrow so we'll see how that goes I'll keep you all posted

It will be okay. I was on an emotional roller coaster from day 1 and as the time got closer I got worse. I was crying on the way to the hospital and in the prep area. My poor doctor just sat down and talked to me. He was so sweet. Then he said I'm going to give you a cocktail in your Iv that will help you relax lol. It worked. It will be here and over before you know it Hun. Hang in there

Your emotional is very normal. This is such an overwhelming experience. We really understand what you are going through.

I had anxiety bad 3 weeks before surgery. So bad I almost had to put surgery off. It is very scary the waiting is the worst part I promise. I am 3 days post op and feel great ( I didnt expect to feel this great). I am sending you best wishes. And know we have all gone through some fears. And trust me dreams were bad for me, still have a few but I know they will end. And I am so glad I had this surgery!!
