LAVH: Any extra restrictions for total hysterectomy with cystocele and rectocele repair

Besides rest and lifting restrictions are there any other things to watch out for. I'm thinking bending over, lifting leg to shave in shower, and any other such movements. Or is it whatever is comfortable? Thanks in advance for any advice. At the point of getting anxious!

You should restrict any pushing and pulling. Shaving is fine. Avoid squatting too. Get some ice packs, gentle wet wipes, take stool softeners twice per day and drink lots of water. For ice packs I used wet/frozen sanitary pads.

Rectocele recovery can be a bit rough but I felt better after about 5 weeks.
