Polycystic ovarian syndrome and Removal of a ovarian polyp

I have had heavy periods for over 4 years. About 3 years ago blood work showed that I had anemia I was also told I had cancer of the cervix and had a cone biopsy done. The OBGN stated after surgery at the post op visit stated that he gotten it all. Last year my periods started to become heavy again. Last December I was bleeding so heavy at work I flooded the office chair with blood. That December period was the worst! I bleed for over three weeks before I finally felt I was going to collapse. I went to the ER where they did blood work and did a ultra sound. The ultra sound reveled that I had over sized uterus and that there was a fibroid in there. They could not find my ovaries. The blood work came back that I was extremely anemic and that I had no vitamin D in me. Blood work was not good there was all kinds of abnormalities in my blood work. Saw the OBGYN and was given another ultra sound where they did find one of the ovaries and said it had cyst on it. Then ordered more blood work that showed that I was anemic, Polycystic ovarian syndrome and ordered a DNC to scrape the inside of the uterus. and to remove the polyp. I was also sent to the cancer center to get two doses of iron via IV. I got some energy back but quickly lost that energy especially after the surgery I felt like someone beat me up afterward. Took me a week to get over most of the pain. I went back to work the 4th day after surgery practically crawling. I now feel tired all the time I have shooting pains in the pelvic area and dizzy time to time. I am still waiting for the results from the DNC Hysteroscopy biopsy. I was told after surgery that they had to get another machine due to the polyp being larger then they thought. My appointment is on the 28th had the surgery on the 9th. I guess its a good thing I have not heard anything from the doctors office its been a week already.
