Post Op 2 Years any Non-HRT suggestions?

Dearest Hystersisters,

I am soooooooo...... very greatful I found you 2 years ago it made so much differance. I learned so much befor surgery
and after and have tired to pass this site on to others.

I am still haveing all the symptoms of menpause and can
not take any HRT any suggestions?

I feel so much better and I am so glad I had my surgery I
was not so sure right after but everyday I felt better and
the surgery really did make such a big differance in my
daily life.

Good luck to all who are haveing surgery and all my best to
those who are recovering. It will get better

You might look at some of the menopausal alternatives that are in drug stores and health food stores. We are all different so you might have to try different ones, also it takes weeks to see results with alternatives.
