Bleeding 9 weeks post op after sex

Hi Sisters ,
I am looking for some experienced support specific to bleeding 9 weeks post op after/during intercourse last PM .It was a significant bleed but short lived. In others words I am not actively bleeding now but was bleeding last PM .Has anyone else had this happen to them?What was the problem?

It is very normal to bleed the first few times after sex. As long as you arent going thru a pad an hour, cramping really bad then dont panic. I got the go ahead at 6 weeks, I cramped and started to bleed a some. We waited til 8 and same thing and again at 10. By 12 weeks all was good.

Thanks for the reasurance Tracy,We got the go ahead at 5 weeks and have been okay no bleeding until this time .Freaked me out and didn't sleep well.Did your MD say not to worry about this too?

My Dr. told me to expect some bleeding and maybe some discomfort the first few times and not to panic unless the bleeding was severe or the cramping was really bad so I was prepared for it.

Since you have been ok since 5 weeks with no bleeding until now I would give your Dr. a call and make them aware that you did have some bleeding last night for the first time, just to be safe and ease your mind.

Happened to me too. And if I walked to much. So long as its not heavy. It should go away soon. But always stay in contact with doc. Lol

I called my doc's office this AM at 8:15 took a day off from work assuming they would need to see me it is now 3:15 PM and they have not yet returned my call. So not okay to leave someone hanging for so many hours.Not the first time either.Love my MD not happy with the support staff there.They need more staff if they are so overwhelmed that it takes >7 hours to return a call , and I intend to tell them so today.

Gone now,my MD's office called finally at 3:30 PM and I have an apt next Tuesday to get checked out...again .They mentioned granulosis.
