Overactive bladder / estrogen suppositories?

I've being diagnosed with over active bladder, my doctor prescribed me Tolterodine 4mg a treatment of one month. I don't like drugs , I'm afraid if this treatment won't cure my bladder , I like natural stuff , they're safe and healthier, I had urinary tract infection a year ago , first time in my life. I'm 54 years old, had partial hysterectomy 11 years ago. Ive always have frequent urination before and it continues more after my hysterectomy ...
I've heard that estrogene vaginal cream or suppositories are good treatment for uti and bladder problem,
Has anyone experienced these kind of problems? Has anyone used any oestrogene vaginal cream or suppositories ? Do they work ?
Thank you in advance ,
May God Bless you all.
Wishing you all well.
Fatima .

I was treated for overactive bladder because I went to a ladies urologist,
Gave me over active bladder meds which somebody said can contribute towards Alzheimer’s???? I later decided I didn’t want to take these medications I went to a natural doctor you told me to try losing weight to have less fibroid uterus pressure on my bladder while awaiting fibroid treatment he also put me on a very low acid diet where I also take an over the counter safe medication called pre-leif
Reduces the acid in food and you take it before you eat I also had 100% pure pure aloe vera capsules an anti-inflammatory natural supplement called Quercetin,
Also took Marshmallow root capsules.
I follow the interstitial cystitis diet from that organizations site. After 60 days I had no more bladder frequency I realized excess coffee acid lack of fluids and body pressure and weight pressure on my poor bladder Contributed to low-grade bladder infections as well.
It was amazing and they were trying to tell me to take the bladder frequency medicine that Affects I believe the brain or the nervous system I’m glad I didn’t we women abuse our bladders with acid diet lack of fluids repeated untreated bladder infections and the pressure and irritation from fibroids in the uterus I’m keeping my weight very low keeping on the low acid diet lots of water almost no caffeine or acids I still use some pre-leif
I am awaiting a supracervical keeping my cervix minimally invasive hysterectomy keeping my ovaries and getting rid of Fallopian tubes.
