Has anyone ordered the free booklet & dvd from this site??

Hi. I ordered the *FREE* Hysterectomy booklet that came with a great DVD, some coupons and a sample pack of pain relief patches. It was awesome!! The booklet is way more than a brochure and encapsulates much of the questions and lists that are on this site. I have mine and took it to the Dr's with me. If you have a couple weeks before your hyster, I highly recommend getting it -- and, did I mention, it's free??
