Is this ovarian cyst pain or somethin else?

I had my 6 week post-op visit and everything seemed to be going ok. This week I began having a lot more pain, that is concentrated on the left side. Sometimes it is a burning pain, sometimes pulling, sometimes sharp. The pain is worse if I am sitting upright. I went back to the doctor yesterday, and he did another ultrasound and said that I have another cyst on my remaining ovary. He took everything but that with my first surgery. He said that it may resolve on it's own. Will be rechecking it in 3 weeks.
I am starting to wonder if something else is going on. Or is all this pain I am feeling due to the cyst? Is the pain due to something not healing right, or something pulled? I had a cyst on my right ovary, which was the reason for my first surgery, but had little pain with it. This pain just seems so different. Anyone have any experience with this. I just feel like it is something more than pain from the cyst.

I'm sorry that you're having more pain 's
It could be from the cyst, but I'm not a Dr. so its really hard to say. Some of the symptoms you describe sound like possibly adhesions, which tend to be a burning, tugging pain some times.
Have you thought about going for a 2nd opinion ? A new set of eyes might be all you need for an answer.
