Easy clothing

I knew there would be tenderness/possible swelling, so l wore a loose fitting dress with leggings (bc l have RA & can't walk well if my legs get cold.) Post-op pain was minimal- only needed Tylenol 500 (2 pills) and Ibuprophen 600 mg. (Alternately every 4 hours for the first 48 hours.) Bring your binder with you to put on when you are dressing to go home. It makes a huge difference. Replacing my shoulder hurt far worse than the LAVH!
