magnesium citrate and fleet enema

Take the lemon stuff. It isn't so bad the first time, but trying to get it down again is the worst! Last time I did it, the first prep didn't work so I had to repeat it the next day (long story). My hubby asked the doctor if he ever had to take it! Talk about torture! I guess it's better than having a full bowel and getting everything infected. Just keep positive and picture the healthy you on the other side!

Oh how I dread this. I had to drink one before a bladder scope. NASTY. At least I know now that you can mix it with something. Thanks for the heads up on that one!

I had my pre-op today and the Dr. said that I did not have to do the fleet or the magnesiam citrate, Just not to eat after midnight, has any one else been told this. Should I do it anyways? I know the Dr. knows best and I guess he has never had problems with the problem thing, happening LOL. But I am kinda scared that something may happen, I am always regular any ways (sorry)so I know I can clean my system. but still scary...
