Got call for appointment date needs cystocele/sling, rectocele and LAVH-cold feet-
They called to schedule the date for LAVH (uterus and cervic but hopefully leave both ovaries) rectocele repair and I was told I need a sling and cystocele repair for a prolapsed uterus. I did not realize my uterus was prolapsed. My cervic is super high up and with an exam they have a hard time getting to the cervic for a pap smear.
She offered to set another date for consultation with the doctor. I took it. I feel this is going from bad to worse and I am scared I will wake up with no ovaries to booth and no libido or functionality down there.
Any others end up needing way more then they thought they needed done?
