Medical Clearance

I had my visit with my primary today to get medical clearance for my surgery on the 26th. I have asthma (controlled), but the gyn wanted to make sure.
That was fine; I am medically cleared to proceed

I caled the scheduling nurse at my gyn's office afterwards, and asked her the one question I totally forgot to ask at my pre-op - how soon before surgery is it ok to have sex . She laughed, and said right up until the last minute is fine, because afterwards, it's going to be awhile, and to have fun MyDH will be happy to hear that.

I am so glad to hear everythings all set for your surgery. Make sure that you have lots of fun before, because like the nurse said it will be awhile afterwards!

wellllllll, there's a lot of things that qualify as "sex" - whenever you feel like "other things" that don't involve intercourse or that might "pop your staples" - GO FOR IT

Too true Skipper Right now,, though, DH will be happy before surgery before I turn into hormone-less crazy lady!
