It is getting better though. Sometimes I stop in the bathrooms more out of habit than need. And it took me a month to stop crossing my legs everytime I sneezed or coughed.

The first time I sneezed and didnt leak I did the dance of joy!! I told my DD she says oh mom!! I called my sister!! she says YOU LUCKY!!! heh.. it was great, still is.. but having issues with an over full bladder and having urge now...... my bladder is small anyway, so I will have to be careful what I drink when I am out, at home its ok, always a bathroom handy.. I think drinking ice tea with sweetner isnt helping my bladder.. better stop drinking it but its SO HOT!!!! heh.

Back to School!

Ahhhhh, it's 5:39 a.m. Teen is asleep for twenty more minutes and then it's WAKE UP WAKE UP. For someone who wakes at noon this is going to be body shock. Her bus comes at 7:05. Did it stop the phone from ringing at 11:30 p.m. and her voice calling out 'who is it?' Heck no. I bet she will be a wreck this a.m. So much DRAMA. DRAMA w/all the souls in her life. And she has a significant invisible learning disability that the schools will not accommodate bec. her high verbal i.q. outstrips the 33 point lower performance i.q. I pray they don't change that schedule on her.

Little granddaughter is home. Big D is mad at me as usual, but we had a good four and a half days together while Big D worked her butt off for ten lousy bucks per hour before deductions. A single mom can't make it on that. Nope. It's a hard life.

And me............back to school for week two of classes. I hope I remember it's Tuesday so I don't go to all the wrong rooms. I was remembering here at home where I go and thinking 'Monday'....yeah, riiiiiiggggghhhhht.

Last nite my DM called and she is trying to write her memories and she remembers nothing from before she married the second time (when I was 12).......sad, sad, sad. I pray I don't get like that bec. if I do, then I'd better figure out how to retire early so I can enjoy life before it's all 'gone' mentally. It scares me. I remember when she had HER hysterectomy. Her hormones were so bad, 1) I called her doctor to ask what the heck he had done to her and 2) she chased me down the street screaming at me one memorable time.

HAVE A GREAT TUESDAY, sisters. Hope your healing is progressing. I'm constipated as all get out the second day in a row but I will bet ya it's 1) state fair foot long hot dogs and 2) too much kettle corn. Today it's back to normal eating. I'll see if the knots are worse, an indication of intestinal issues rather than 'the surgery' itself.

Yes I went to the gas dr. (as I like to call him) and he originally prescribed Zelnorm and after that was taken off the market, he wanted me to take Miralax first. Miralax at first gave me diarrhea since I took a capful every day in an 8 oz glass so they cut me back. After my reconstructive surgery, I take Miralax about every other day. I had severe constipation and it felt like I had gas but nothing ever would happen. I literally lived on yogurt since that was about the only thing that felt good for my stomach. I would sit on meetings and you could hear my stomach but I wasnt hungry. It just kept gurgling.

rumbling tummy

Before surgery my stomach would make the loudest sounds. Night and Day without me being hungry. It was embarrassing!
Now I don't have that anymore...I still have a harder big belly. i think my body has just changed shape since surgery.

I eat Activa once daily, include alot of water, and fiber in my diet.

I also have pains right before a BM or during. Sometimes afterword as well almost as if the bowels are contracting. i have a BM everyday but when I first start to go it is hard. i normally do not empty totally either and have to go again a little while later. I never used to be like that. I also have that bulge that feels like it is protruding on the inner wall of the vagina. I do not know if it is related or not. I never had that before either. The doctor wants me to come back to him on the 21st to see if i still have that pain.

Have a great Tuesday all!
Going for a morning walk before it gets into the 90's again!
